Two security engineers started OrvexaTech in 2026. That is why patient privacy is built into Clinic OS from day one, not added later.

Sridharan Sivakamienselvan
Co-Founder, Growth & Technical Lead
Started as a business analyst and became a security engineer. Ran network and security work for health and education services. Now leads growth and the tech behind OrvexaTech’s products.
Harshni Couppoussamy
Co-Founder, Cybersecurity, IAM & Risk
Kept large CRM systems secure at Accenture. Now leads security, access and risk at OrvexaTech, from patient consent to how new features are tested.
Both founders studied Cybersecurity Technology at Northumbria University London.

Patient records belong to the clinic that collected them, so each clinic gets its own workspace and its data is never mixed with anyone else’s.

Our plans and prices are published, so a clinic can work out what it will pay before talking to anyone.
We check who we work with
Because Clinic OS holds patient records, we review each clinic’s registration details before setting up a workspace.
