Pricing
How much does Clinic OS cost?
Basic is ₹8,999 per month and Recommended is ₹10,999 per month, including GST. Custom pricing is available for multi-clinic groups. Yearly billing takes 20% off every plan.
How much is Clinic OS per year?
With the 20% yearly discount, Basic is ₹86,390 a year and Recommended is ₹1,05,590 a year, including GST.
What is the difference between Basic and Recommended?
Basic covers patient registration and the OPD queue, the consultation workspace, basic billing and reports, and email support. Recommended adds pharmacy and inventory, advanced billing and reporting, and priority onboarding support.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. All Clinic OS prices include GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Getting started
How do I start using Clinic OS?
Apply on orvexatech.in/apply with your clinic details and registration ID. OrvexaTech reviews each application, then sets up your private workspace and you choose a plan.
Why does OrvexaTech review applications?
Clinic OS holds patient records, so we check clinic registration details before creating a workspace.
Is Clinic OS an app I install?
No installation is needed. Clinic OS is a web app your team uses in the browser. Once your clinic is approved, we email you the link to your clinic’s private workspace.
Can a group with several clinics use Clinic OS?
Yes. The Custom plan covers multi-clinic rollout with a dedicated success contact. Email sales@orvexatech.in to discuss it.
Who makes Clinic OS?
Clinic OS is built by OrvexaTech Private Limited, a company registered in Tamil Nadu, India, and founded in 2026 by two cybersecurity engineers.
Patient data
Can other clinics see our patient records?
No. Each clinic’s patient records stay in its own workspace and are not mixed with other clinics.
Can OrvexaTech staff read our patients’ records?
Platform operations work with anonymised counts for retention and operations, not patient names, notes or clinical content.
Is Clinic OS built for India’s DPDP Act?
Clinic OS is built around the rights in India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, with GDPR as an international benchmark. Clinics remain responsible for their own patient notices and consent.
